All items must be in their original packaging with hang tags attached. For tops with bra pads, please ensure that you have included the bra pads in the returned package. For any missing items (incl. bra pads), we will charge at HK$50 for each pair of bra pads. Unfortunately, certain items purchased on pure-apparel.com may not be exchanged.

*Friendly reminder – All items purchased on discount or as part of a sale promotion (including seasonal sale) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.

Please note that customers will be responsible for the returned shipping cost unless the goods are not the items you ordered or defect. To make a return, kindly email us at csr@pure-apparel.com with your order number and contact information. You should then repack the return item(s) in a sealed carton with the completed “return slip” which you received in the package before. All returned items will be checked and PURE Apparel reserves the final judgement on acceptance of returned items.

All returned items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. If PURE Apparel does not receive your returned package within 30 days, your return request may be dismissed. We encourage customers to send any shipping confirmation or tracking number to our customer support team at csr@pure-apparel.com along with your order number.

RETURN OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

All items undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers. If customers receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact our Customer Service team immediately  at csr@pure-apparel.com with your order number. Please ensure that all garment tags remain attached, as removal will call into a question whether the item is being used and damaged at the time of removing the tags. 

We will inspect the returned item and if repair is not possible or appropriate, we will issue a replacement or refund. We will bear all reasonable shipping costs to return the faulty or damaged items and to deliver replacements if applicable.
