As we are processing a huge amount of orders during the bargain sale, the order processing time would take longer than usual - around 14 working days.

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 3 working days after the order has been placed and payment has cleared. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is in transit. You can also login to your PURE Apparel account to view your tracking number. Delivery usually takes about 3-7 working days, depending on the destination.

Signature confirmation is required by our courier upon delivery. If you miss our courier’s delivery, they will leave you their contact information. Please arrange with our courier to schedule another delivery time. If our courier is unable to deliver your package 3 times, the package may be returned to us. Once your package is sent back to us, we will cancel your order, deduct any shipping cost paid to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.

All delivered orders must be signed for at time of receipt, and in doing so, the person who signed accepts responsibility for the order from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then the recipient’s signature will be accepted as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order as well as the transfer of responsibility.

PURE Apparel is not responsible for any delay in the delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. You should contact us if you have not received your package within 20 days of placing your order and we shall try to help locate your package. If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you are not able to arrange customs clearance, the package will be returned to us and we will deduct any shipping expenses incurred by us to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.

If the package is lost during transit, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (subject to stock availability). We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.

Please note that the price of your order and the shipping charges do not include customs duties and taxes. If your parcel must go through customs clearance, any additional charges incurred shall be borne by you.
